Adelina Wong Ettelson is the Founder and Principal of AWE Global Advisory, a boutique consultancy advising developers, luxury brands, and investors on branded residential developments globally.  
Previously, she spent 18 years with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, most recently as Global Head of Residences Marketing. She has advised on projects representing more than US$5B in Gross Development Sales and helped achieve pricing premiums of up to 35% above market comparables.  
Her work focuses on translating brand into pricing power, market distinction, and long term residential value.
